Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Standard Shipping — Canada
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
- Carriers: UPS, Canada Post and other authorized carriers
- Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD
We ship throughout Canada. In exceptional cases where the delivery address is located in a remote or difficult-to-access area, we reserve the right to contact the customer to coordinate a solution or issue a refund.

Large Orders (over 6 kg) For orders whose total weight exceeds 6 kg, please contact us at info@jeliz.store before placing your order to coordinate shipping and confirm the applicable rate.
Express Shipping Express shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times are 1–3 business days depending on destination.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.
